Returns and Refunds Overview: At ‘Zap This’, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Return Period: We accept returns for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@zapthis.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@zap-this.com

If a refund is to be issued for any products, the refund will be executed once the seller has received the returned product.

A refund will be granted in some circumstances where the seller is unable to process a replacement for whatever reason.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be granted a refund. Except for manufacturing flaws, no returns will be accepted once you have accepted an open box delivery.
